
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
This statement is made on behalf of SP Pipelines Limited pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (‘the act’) and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.
Introduction
SP Pipelines Limited have a responsibility to be alert to any risks in our business and within the wider supply chain. Our employees are expected to be aware of and to follow the guidance outlined in our company’s Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy and to report concerns however small they may be.
Managers of the company are required to act whenever any concerns are raised whether from within or from outside of the business.
Organisation’s Structure
SP Pipelines Limited are an Independent Utility Product provider who are specialists in pressurised pipe systems for the potable and non-potable water networks. We stock a vast range of products available to the utility commercial industry. Our business is based solely in the UK. The company’s registered office is at Suite 1, First Floor, 1 Duchess Street, London, UK, W1W 6AN
Our Policies on Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery or human trafficking plays no part in any area of our business.
We are also committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all areas of our business relationships and to also implement and enforce effective systems and controls to, as far as practical, ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere within our company or our supply chain.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain comprises the engagement of suppliers for delivering products to construction sites and the sourcing of materials and manufactured products into our depots. We are committed to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking plays no part in our supply chain or any part of our business.

Where possible we build long standing relationships with our customers and our suppliers, making clear our expectations of business behaviour.
We have systems set in place to encourage the reporting of concerns and the protection of whistle blowers.
Supplier Adherence to our Values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking, and we expect all those in our supply chain and contractors to comply with our values.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to relevant members of staff using relevant toolbox talks. All Directors and managers have been briefed on the subject.
