SP Pipelines offers a range of fabricated pipe tailored to your project requirements: flange spigot, flange socket, double flanged, double spigot and short length socket spigot pipe in diameters DN80 to DN2200 for both water and sewer applications.
Fabricated pipes are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 545 for potable water and BS EN 598 for sewerage. Our standard flange rating is PN16 but others are available upon request.

Our fabricated pipe come in the same size range as our full length pipes DN80 - DN2200.

As standard our flange rating come as PN16 but we also offer flanges rated PN10, PN25 & PN40 available on request.

We offer a variety of solutions including but not limited to; double flanged, flanged spigot, puddle flanges, double spigot, short length socket spigot, flange socket and also drilled and tapped boss.

Our fabricated pipes follow the same high quality controlled manufacturing processes as our full length pipe therefore share the exact same coatings and linings for both potable (EN545) and wastewater (EN598) systems.
